"Time to Come Clean" is the 25th episode of Wiksteria Lane.

Summary[edit | edit source]

BalkOfFame, the president of Lostpedia, is put on trial while an investigation is conducted by the Chat Moderators of the Glee Wiki, to indicate the veracity of his liaisons with a deceased former administrator. Meanwhile, Renaboss reunites with his pal and former protegé Jdg98, and MaryPierceLopez awkwardly tip-toes around the fact that her older sister was sexually abused. Young Cat sets out to get some help in finding the truth about her father's secrets, Americana extends an olive branch to a rival and DocMD reaches out to her son, in the hope of getting to know what he's about.

Plot[edit | edit source]

Quote1.png
The truth can be an ugly thing. That is a known fact. The thing is, when the truth is less than flattering, if it comes to the surface, it isn't much of a pleasant experience. No one knew this better than Lynettefan2626, who stood this day in a courthouse hoping that the truth about his past misdeeds never came out.
Quote2.png

Lynettefan2626, the president of Wiksteria Lane, is seen, in a sharp suit, standing before his table at a Glee Wiki courthouse. He is portraying the role of a prosecutor, a position enabled to all presidents by the Wikia rules.

Quote1.png
In the meantime, BalkOfFame, the president of a rival wiki, Lostpedia - well, 'rival' only in Lynette's eyes - was standing in the same courthouse, being charged with accusations for crimes that he didn't commit, and he was hoping that the truth about his conduct did in fact come to the surface. The truth about these two gentlemen is, that only one of them gets his wish.
Quote2.png

BalkOfFame stands behind another table at the same courthouse, as the defendant. Next to him stands Gleekobsessed, the president of the Glee Wiki, who stands as his defense attorney. Judge Gliebe presides over the trial. Gleek tells him that the charges made against his client are shady at best, because the records of the transactions he allegedly made seemed to appear out of the thin air. Lynette claims that this is because president BOF went the extra mile to make sure such records were kept hidden. Gleek claims that he believes the records were forged, and Lynette points out that they should look at what they have and base their case on what they have, which is a bunch of documents related to illegal actions. "Your honor, we can't just assume that the documents are fake, we can't just assume that the defendant is being framed for a crime he didn't commit. Maybe he is innocent. But everything we have, everything we can actually base a case upon, is evidence to the contrary. We can't rely on supposition, allegations that he might be getting framed, that is preposterous." Gliebe comments that Lynette makes a good point, and that therefore BOF shall be placed behind bars without parole while the investigation moves forward, so as to prevent him from possibly destroying traces of necessary evidence or leave the Wikia world. Gliebe tells the defense attorney that, during BOF's stay in prison, he will be put in charge of ruling the Lostpedia temporarily, as is mandated by the Wikia rules. Lynette smiles as BOF is taken away by the bailiff. After the session is ended, Gleek approaches Lynette, and tells him, "I know you're behind all this." Lynette asks what he is referring to, and Gleek says, "Oh, please, don't play coy with me. The bodies are no longer in the ground. You panick, you forge up some evidence, and you plant it among the property of some poor sap who winds up paying the price for what you did. It will not work, Lynette. The people will not stand for it, and neither will I. You're going down." Lynette smiles and says, "Are you being serious? Gleek, for God's sake, enough. This is just plain ridiculous right now. After all this time, after so many victories I've accomplished, you should know by now, I don't go down. I never go down. I always come out on top." Lynette leaves, and Gleek is left livid.

Back at Rena's template, the former is having coffee with his best friend and protegé, Jdg98, who's stopped by for a visit. Jdg claims that he missed his best friend terribly while on the lam, and that he just had to come out and visit him someday, discreetly so. Rena asks where he's been, and Jdg says that he has been trying to make a life for himself out of the Wikia world, but it's hard, because he is too young to get a house, or even a decent job, and therefore he is just drifting through life as a homeless person. Rena, however, comments on Jdg's nice appearance and his apparent new clothes. "I mean...", he says, "You left here with nothing. You broke out of jail with barely any cash, you didn't even get to pack up some clothes. How did you get this new shirt?" Jdg, stuttering a bit at first, tells him that a charitable old woman gave it to him, because her nephew didn't like it. Renaboss can tell that he is lying, but decides not to ask any further questions. Instead, he tells Jdg that he can stay there, in his template. "Look, I've told you about the unearthed bodies. Lynette is far more occupied with that nowadays, with downplaying what happened. No one is looking for you anymore, everyone is on the corpses right now, and Balk's arrest. You can stay here, play it low-key, never leave the template, till I am able to sort everything out and prove that you didn't do anything." Jdg says that it's too risky, and that there is still certainly a warrant for his recapture. "I'd rather take my chances out on the streets than go back to that tiny jail cell. Those were some of the worst days of my life. Right up there with watching my uncle dying and... and...", he stops himself. Rena continues to try and convince him to stay, but Jdg says that, besides wanting to see him, he's come to ask for some money and other things so that he can leave again. Rena agrees to help him out.

DocMD enters her son's study, to find him polishing the shotgun that his father left him. Lynette doesn't seem to acknowledge her presence, even though he did. Doc asks why he is cleaning the gun himself, rather than letting his maid do it. Lynette explains to his mother that the maid doesn't have experience around fire weapons, and thus her cleaning it could prove to be a dire situation. "Besides, it's the only thing my father's left me, I'd rather handle it myself at all times, out of respect." Doc comments that that's very nice of him. She sits down at the desk and tells her son that they never really talk about his father, who died in a car crash. Lynette reminds her that maybe that's because as soon as he died she shacked up with Villain fan, and because Lynette then left home and broke off contact with them. Doc says she could never really understand why Lynette hated Villain, to which he replies, "Mother, I have respect for you, as much as I possibly can given all that's happened, but when you play dumb like that I have to fight an extreme urge to backhand you." Doc is shocked. "Lynette! How dare you speak to me like that?" "How dare you pretend like you don't know or don't remember anything, you two-faced cow?! You're as much to blame for everything as he was!" They both grow silent after this. Doc gets up and tells her son that she is very sorry for his loss, but he really should learn to move on. "Your wife is gone. My... she is gone too. They're both gone, Lynette. It's no one's fault but God's. You should be mad at him." Lynette doesn't reply. "All things considered...", she says, "I do really appreciate how much you cherish the one thing your father left you." Lynette replies with, "Of course. I love this shotgun. Almost as much as I loved my father." He turns to her, "Needless to say, mom... when you go... and it shouldn't take long now... whatever it is you leave me, it's going straight to the trash bin."

Recently, young MaryPierceLopez had realized that she was growing up, for she had started to serve a much more proper role than that of the trampy teenager. She had assisted a Chat Moderator in an important search, and she had comforted her older sister in her time of pain. However, this all proved to be a bit much for the 17-year-old, who was starting to become more nervous about withholding some ugly truths from her father.
Quote2.png

Mary is in the kitchen, making a snack for her and Cat, when Villain walks in and tells her that he's been trying to get a hold of Lady Junky, but she hasn't returned any of his calls. "I'm thinking of going for a visit at the motel." "Dad, no!" Mary responds. He asks why not, and she tells him, "Look, just leave her be for a while, jeez. Stop being so overbearing. Her marriage collapsed, her church fricking blew up, and she just left her fiancé, she clearly needs some time, some space, so let her have them." Villain says, "I know, I know you're right, I'm just concerned is all." Mary claims to understand this, and Vf says, "And I don't know if I can keep my distance for too long, I miss her already, I... I'd just like for all three of my girls to be with me, under the same roof, so we can go back to normal, whatever that is, and move on with our lives. Forget all that's happened so far." "Yeah, I believe that," says Mary, ironically. He asks what she means by that, to which she replies, "Come on, dad, I know you. I know that you still wanna screw over Lynette with that fricking jarred heart. You're not gonna let that go and move on, so how can you expect that from us? You're gonna quarrel with the president. Lady is gonna get caught up in all of it again. And nothing's ever going to be 'normal'." She leaves the kitchen, with sandwiches on two platters, and then turns back to him and asks, "Where's Cat?"

Across the street, young Cat5sparkles knocks on Rena's door. He opens it, surprised to see that it's her, and smiles at the young girl, saying, "Hi. Um, I, I don't think we've met properly, I'm Renaboss. You're little Cat, right?" Cat asks if she can come inside, and he lets her in, a bit confused. Rena introduces her to Jdg, and Cat sits down on the couch, rather quietly, and Rena asks what he can do for her. Cat gets down to business: "I saw... well... my father, Mr. Villain fan... he has a heart. In a jar. Which is... odd. And it scares me a little." Jdg and Rena are both mute with confusion. "I found it and... he says it belonged to his little brother, Timmy... it's a tiny heart. And... I think he's lying, and I'm scared because, I don't really know my father... he's nice and all, but... you're the Chat Moderator. That's like a cop, right? I... I want you to please find out what you can about... about the heart. In the jar." Rena is speechless. Jdg speaks in his turn, and says, "He will. Rena is great. He, um, he will help as best as he can." Cat smiles and says, "Thanks. I have to go now. I'm expected to have a snack." She leaves the template. Once she's gone, Jdg turns to Rena and says, "That family is fucking dysfunctional, man."

Americana meets with Matthewvp09 at the template that Lynette arranged for him and his two colleagues, Mirlo and Nosh, to live in. Matt asks what she is there for, and Amy says that they got off on the wrong foot, and she would like to make amends with him, because if they are working for the same boss, towards the same goal, they should be on the same side. Matt extends to her his hand and says that he agrees. Mirlo and Nosh show up in the living room.

And then they had sex. All four of them.
Quote2.png

Gleek is shown in his office with his assistant, IceBerry.

Quote1.png
Elsewhere, President Gleekobsessed, concerned with the future of his friend BalkOfFame, a good man that he trusted and whom he believed to be a good president, met with his assistant, IceBerry, to devise a plan to take down Lynettefan and to bring down the accusations against an innocent man.
Quote2.png

Gleek tells IceBerry that he wants to put all of their best private investigators on the job, to track down the origins of the forged documents and to figure out the motives behind the murder and burial of DoctorStrange and KiMO. Meanwhile, Primadonna Girl, the wife of Gleekobsessed, shows up at the office. Gleek is surprised to see her, and tells her she shouldn't be there, as they're discussing very important, private matters. Prima says, "Yes. I can only assume. And in the meantime I sit all alone in a restaurant like a fool, while I was waiting to have an important, private time with you." Gleek's face is all red from shame. "Oh, honey... I-I can't believe I forgot, I am so sorry." "You know what?", she says, next to crying, "Never mind. This marriage has been doomed anyway since you slept with that faggot. Why do I even bother anymore?" She leaves the office, crying. Gleek feels horrible. IceBerry tries to contain his amusement.

Renaboss hands Jdg98 some cash. The teenager has already packed up some clothes to go, as well as some food. Rena, yet again, tells his friend that he doesn't have to depart, he can stay there, and keep a low profile. Jdg starts tearing up. Rena asks what's wrong, and his young friend tells him that he wanted to suck up the pain and tell him "no" again, but he can't, he doesn't want to leave, and be all alone out on the streets again. Rena gives him a hug. Jdg then tells him he just has some business to tend to at a homeless shelter where he was taken to once, and then he will be back to stay there again. This said, Rena looks out the window and notices the beautiful blonde, sunglasses, sunhat and silk scarf on, coming out of a car, along with her sister, Mary. Rena's face is lit up with joy, and he rushes out of the template without even saying anything to Jdg. Mary opens the door to her template and she and Lady enter the premise, as Rena rushes after them. Villain comes to the door to greet his eldest daughter with a hug, but before he can get to her, she removes her hat, scar and sunglasses to reveal a bruised face and neck. Villain is horrified. Rena shows up behind her with a smile, which quickly disappears as well when he sees what's happened to her. They are all quiet for a while. Mary squeezes Lady's hand and says, "Come on...". Lady, after a few seconds of reluctance, says, "...Lynette... raped me." No one says anything.

One of the windows on the front side of Lynette's template is broken into a million pieces when a patio chair comes flying through it. In his office, Lynettefan is alarmed. He comes down the stairs as Rena, Jdg, Villain and Mary come barging in. Lynette, looking shocked and angry, asks "What is the meaning of this?", and Renaboss does a roundhouse kick that hits him right in the nose. Lynette goes flying into the stairs and bangs his head on the steps. He shrieks in pain, and Doc, also alarmed, rushes down the stairs. She asks what is going on and Villain grabs a hold of Lynette's face and starts smashing it repeatedly against the steps, screaming, "You raped my daughter, you beast!" Rena gets Lynette away from Villain's grasp and throws his limp body against a bookcase. Mary, armed with a rake, scratches Lynette, and Rena continually punches him in the gut, and he takes it all, defenseless. Villain and Jdg have at him, getting back at him for all the things he's done to them and their loved ones in the past, and Mary is left uncertain of what to do, so she drops the rake and joins them. Doc tries to get in between them and save her son, but Jdg grabs a hold of her, says, "Get back, lady!", and throws her against a wall. Lynette is dropped to the floor and Mary immediately stomps on his head with her high heel, and Rena lunges himself at him and keeps punching his face, while he is kicked on the sides of his body by the other three assailants. Rena screams at him, in between punches, "You're gonna die, you psycho! This ends now!" The commotion is stopped by the sound of a gunshot being fired. Pieces of the ceiling come falling on top of the five people in the entrance hall. From the main stairs, DocMD points the inherited shotgun at the four attackers and urges them to get away from her son. Villain takes a step forward, hands up front, and says, "Doc... honey... your son... raped my daughter." Doc is all set to pull the trigger. "Villain... leave. Now." Villain starts taking steps back, and shields Mary behind him. Jdg kneels down by Lynette's side, as he lies there, almost lifeless, and says, "I am coming back. And you're gonna deal with it. Okay?" He then leaves, under Rena's arm. Doc drops the shotgun to the floor and comes to her son's aid, taking his bloody body in her arms, crying.

On the way out of the template, Villain puts his arm over an infuriated Rena. Rena asks what he wants, to which the middle-aged man replies that he is sorry for lying to him, for telling him he was his father. He now wants to make amends for it, to thank him for what he did to avenge his daughter just now. "My son... I want you to be my son. I can... I can take you under my wing. I know you're not a child anymore. But even grown-up men need families. You could... you could join ours." Rena's face is filled with rage and he punches Villain in the mouth. Mary is shocked, as is Lady, from across the street, who runs to her father's side. "Are you fucking serious?! Are you fucking serious?! What the... what the fuck is wrong with you?! You lied to me! You toyed with me! You made me feel disgusted in myself for loving your daughter, and now you tell me this? Are you fucking nuts, you psycho?!" Lady gets in between Rena and her father, before he attacks him again, and asks what is going on. "He told me he was my father!" Lady and Mary are confused. "Yes! Did you not know this? Did you not know that he said he was my father?! That we, you and me, were related?! Cos he did! He fucking did!" Lady turns to her father and asks if this is true. Villain doesn't reply, he merely tries in vain to wipe the blood off his teeth. "I... I distanced myself...", says Rena, "From you, I... loved you so much. And still do... And we couldn't... because he..." Lady starts tearing up. Rena, filled with stress, returns to his template, followed by Jdg.

Quote1.png
No matter how much we dance around it... no matter what we do to try and conceal it... no matter how much we hope that it doesn't show... the truth always comes to the surface. In all its forms and fashions. It can be a relieving, redeeming experience sometimes. But oftentimes, well, if the truth is kept hidden, it's because it's not a very pretty one. Meaning that when it comes out, ah, it is devastating. For all involved. Have I said this already?

DoctorStrange

The following day, Rena and Jdg are saying their goodbyes, with the teenager promising to his friend that he'll be back soon. Jdg leaves for his cab, and Rena retreats to his living room. Shortly afterwards, there is a knock on his door. He smiles and gets up to answer it, saying, "Did you forget something?" He opens it to find Lady Junky. "Hi...", he says. "Hello... I... I come to... I don't know." Rena smiles, and puts his hands on her pretty, yet harmed face. "You don't know?" "I... I miss you... much very." "I miss you too... 'much very'." They both smile. He kisses her. She doesn't resist. They lose themselves in a sweet, tender kiss. When they break it off, she is blushing. "I... I tell my papa... what he did is bad... much very bad. So I say... I don't wanna be with bad, lies teller people no more." "Do you...", he starts to ask, "Do you wanna stay here? With me? Is that what you are saying?" Lady, a bit ashamed, asks, "What... do you will think of that?" Rena smiles, so as to ease her, and says, "I would... more than gladly take you in." Lady smiles, and they kiss again. "Thank you," she says, afterwards. "Ok, girls. Inside come in." Rena is surprised when Mary and Cat walk past him and into the template, carrying luggage. Lady, smiling, follows them in. Rena says, "Dafuq...?".
