"Faux Evidence" is the 24th episode of Wiksteria Lane.

Summary[edit | edit source]

Following the discovery of two cadavers in the woods nearing Wiksteria Lane, President Lynettefan2626 is alarmed with the idea of getting caught for his misdeeds, which prompts him to urge his assistants to plant some false evidence tying an opponent to one of the murdered people. Meanwhile, MaryPierceLopez decides to pay her older sister a visit, and Villain fan confronts his 'son'.

Plot[edit | edit source]

Quote1.png
People from all three major wikis gathered at the Wikia Woods following the phone call received by Gleekobsessed, informing him of the discovery of two cadavers buried in the muddy terrain. The Chat Moderators, Bureaucrats, Administrators and other officials came fast, after the word got out, and soon enough the Assembly Hall was witness to dozens of people and parked vehicles. Everyone came with the same agenda, to find out more about the bodies. And everyone came with the same question on their heads: who was responsible for all of this?
Quote2.png

An inquisitive Mary, somewhat excited over her discovery, asks her newfound friend Renaboss why he called the President of the Glee Wiki. Rena tells her that he can't trust local authorities, because if he contacted his fellow wikians, their "beloved" president, Lynettefan, would be put in charge of everything, and they all know he's behind the buried corpses, so that wouldn't be a good thing. Gleekobsessed is giving a speech to all bystanders, who are hoping to get a glimpse of the action, as some of the Chat Mods from his wiki put up yellow tape around the premise of the Assembly Hall. Gleek's telling everyone to please go back to their respective templates, because there is nothing to see and the authorities are taking care of it. An enraged Lynettefan shows up in his car and moves towards Gleek, asking him what gives him the right to put himself in charge of this stint. Gleek tells him that, according to the Wikia Guidelines Book, matters of apparent murder can automatically be assigned to the jurisdiction of the main wiki, which is the one Gleek reigns over. Lynette, even madder than before, notices Renaboss in the area, and heads towards him. No trademark smile in sight, just an expression of pure hatred and anger, Lynette tells his nemesis that he will live to regret this, "... as will this little whore friend of yours." Lynette then rushes off, and Mary tells Rena, "Did The Joker just forget to smile?", to which the local Chat Mod, smiling himself, replies, "That's what happens when he knows he can't control a situation anymore..."

Quote1.png
Wiksteria Lane had been home to many scandals recently. A murderous, suicidal former administrator, an alleged sexual assailant on the loose, and, of course, an explosive church. All of those scandals, shortly after they occurred, spread from mouth to mouth like a virus outbreak. Needless to say, the most recent one wasn't any different. And this made one certain evildoer realize that he was in deep water now.
Quote2.png

In his office, Lynettefan2626 is close to tears, as he stands up behind his desk, looking out the window that's facing Rena's template. Sitting at his desk is Americana, who is telling him that things are now looking really bad. "Apparently, murder cases have been opened on both deaths. There's enough evidence to prove that UFO killed Doc, and the fact that he "stole"" - she makes quotation marks with her fingers during the uttering of this word - "... your gun and held Rena and Jdg hostage and then killed himself, well, that provides some back-up to that theory. But, there's still the matter that you lied to the people. You said Doc had been cremated. Of course, they're gonna check the urn on your mantel and find out it has dirt in it. And then there's no one to be held accountable for Kimo's death. If they tie you to Doc's, they're gonna pin his on you too." Lynette wipes the tears from his face, that had finally surged, and tells her, firmly, that none of that will happen. "First thing tomorrow, I'm doing a speech to the people and the press. Yes... I will say... that UFO blackmailed me into helping him because I happened to run into him after he killed DoctorStrange. Yes. And then... I will say that he himself got the dirt, and demoted himself, which is true, out of guilt. And Kimo... we'll say he was fired cos of his gambling problem. He liked to gamble, right?" Americana, who dated Kimo, says, "Yep. He liked his casinos." "Yes. A gambler. An addict. It wasn't good for me, for the wiki, to keep one of those in a position of authority. Yes, that's, that's good. I... people will sympathize with me. Right? Cos I... cos UFO, h-he could have said that he was going to kill my, my mother, if I didn't help him... bury the body, and... yes, people are gonna sympathize with that." Amy says he's probably hanging on merely faith right now, because after so much has happened on the wiki, the people won't be standing for it much longer. Lynette sits down on his chair, looking pale, and says, "But, bu... that means... I'm losing."

Villain fan is in the kitchen making lunch, and Mary is bragging to him about how she helped Rena find the dead bodies. Villain tells her that's all great, and asks if she is in a serious relationship with Rena now. Mary says, "Ew, daddy, no. I mean, he's like, smoking hot and shit, but no. I'm his assistant. That's all." Villain is silent for a second, open-mouthed, looking at her, and says, "Right... yes, that-that's all very fine. So, um, have you been talking to your sister?" Mary says she hasn't, but she plans on stopping by the motel to check on her, and maybe get a free sea-weed wrap. Vf encourages her to do so, because he's somewhat worried about Lady. Young Cat5sparkles, the most recent addition to the clan, is at one end of the counter, reading a school book. Villain asks her to go to the storage closet and get some erbs for the meat he's tempering. Cat obliges, quietly, and leaves the kitchen. Mary eats a french fry and tells her dad she's surprised he told the kid to do that. Villain asks why, and Mary says, "Cos, last time I checked, after Lady found the heart in the jar, you put it in the fricking food closet." A horrified Villain fan is static for a few seconds, before he rushes out of the kitchen. Mary seems to be somewhat amused. Vf arrives at the closet to find a stoic Cat, frozen before the jar with the heart. Once she notices her father's arrived, she lowly asks him what it is, and Villain simply says it's something she shouldn't have seen. Cat asks why, and Villain, putting a cereal box in front of the jarred heart, tells her, "Because... I thought... you'd be spooked by it. I mean... it's spooky, right?" He smiles, and Cat simply nods affirmatively with her head, slowly. Villain then takes her to the living room and the two sit down on the same couch. Mary shows up at the entrance to the kitchen, with the plate of french fries, and keeps eating away at them, entertained. Villain tells his youngest child that the reason why she shouldn't have seen what she saw is mainly because, when she did, he would have to explain to her what it is, which is what is happening right now, and doing that pains him because it brings back bad memories. The innocent child asks why, and Villain fan tells her that the heart belonged to his young brother, Timmy, who died in a car crash when they were both very young. Cat gives her daddy her regrets, and Villain thanks her. "The doctors... you have to understand, the car was completely wrecked. Timmy was barely removed from it, and when he was... well, he just... wasn't the same. I mean, he was dead, of course, and what I am saying is, he was... mangled. Disfigured, and... just, broken, sweetheart. I know this is... creepy." Cat nods again. Villain then adds, "I asked the doctors to... collect his heart. I know it's kind of disgusting, but, I wanted a keepsake. I know I would always have Timmy in my heart, and... if I could have his heart to hold on to, literally... I know it sounds crazy, but..." Cat puts her hand over her father's and says, "No, daddy. I get it. I am so sorry." Villain puts his other hand over theirs and smiles. He then gives Cat a kiss on the forehead and the young blonde gets up from the couch and leaves to go get the erbs. Mary then approaches her father and says, "You know, no matter how much you put a spin on what happened, can we ever really escape the fact that keeping a heart in a jar of goo is just yucky?! Like, totes ew-able!!!" Villain tells her to be quiet, and Mary asks what he is gonna do if the little miss happens to bring up the story of Timmy before Lady, seeing as how he told her a completely different story. Her father replies, saying "Well, I told Lady that the heart was Cat's... if she ever hears otherwise, I'll just... explain to her that I spared Cat the truth." Mary smiles and says, "You son of a bitch... you just keep dodging bullet after bullet, don't you?" She has herself another french fry.

That night, the henchmen that worked for the villainous Lynettefan got busy somewhere they didn't visit very often: the Lostpedia. The four sidekicks broke into President BalkOfFame's office and did right by their boss' bidding.
Quote2.png

That night, we are shown the inside of the office of BalkOfFame, president of Lostpedia. In the darkened large office, Americana goes through the drawers of his desk, while the three new acquisitions to the "legion of doom", Matthewvp09, Mirlo and Nosh, plant some false evidence forged by Lynettefan amidst the files of the Lostpedia head. Americana then starts up Balk's computer and inserts a pen. She moves some files, banking extracts, into the man's folders, and alters the dates of transfer. She then uses a decoder to log on to KiMO's old e-mail account, which is still active, and sends a blackmail message to BOF, in which she/he asks for a thousand badges worth of compensation over keeping a secret of BOF's gambling losses, using the people's funds. Mirlo, the silly/dumb one of the new group of villains, watches over Amy as she tends to what she does best, and asks how she got to be so skilled at trolling. Americana tells him, "Years of practice. A sick thrill out of messing with everyone. And having half a brain, which is more than I can say about you as it is." Mirlo fails to understand the last part. Matthew turns to Americana and tells her that they have already placed all of the faux evidence in its rightful place. Amy smiles and gets up, shutting down the computer and telling them to leave. She is however stopped by Matthew, who tells her that he isn't used to, and doesn't enjoy, having a woman as his superior. "Excuse me?" says Americana. Matthew tells her, "It's nothing personal... not even necessarily sexist, I love women. I just like them... under me. Not on top of me." Americana gives him her trademark wicked smile and says, "Well, my friend, you better get used to it. I am a favorite of Lynette's, even after all the crap I've pulled. He likes me more than he would ever admit to. You don't get to just show up out of nowhere and outrank me, so deal with the current situation, and show me some respect, otherwise not only will I be on top of you, I will be riding your fucking ass so hard it might just kill you." Matthew, sternly, tells her he has a history with Lynette, one that outlasts hers, and she says, "Yeah, well... I'm all about the quality of the work. And there's no one better at what I do than I am." Matthew retorts with, "You mean being a bitch?" Amy smiles and says, "Yes. So careful, dear. This bitch bites." She then leaves.

The following morning, Renaboss got up and took a moment to think about himself. About his life. His current predicaments. He was quarreling, albeit quietly, with the president of his community. He was smitten with a woman he once thought was his sister and who was now out of reach. His best and often only friend was gone. On top of all of that, he was still somewhat haunted by memories of his past, but Renaboss decided not to dwell in those, thinking that his problems of the present were enough to be bothered with.
Quote2.png

Renaboss, sipping coffee from a mug, dressed in a robe, looks out the window of his template, and thinks about his problems. He then notices Matthewvp09 entering the template next door, that of his president. He looks shocked.

Quote1.png
Little did he expect, at that very moment, his problems from the past added to those of his present. And nowhere near as big as they would be in his future.
Quote2.png

Rena looks on out the window as he spots the stern man entering the template next door. Matthew turns to the side, to Rena's template, and the latter dodges his sight and presses himself against the message wall. He then scooches down to the floor and sits there, in a corner.
Flashback - Renaboss, aged 19, enters his room at a motel where he's staying, and jumps from surprise when he sees a large, scary-looking man sitting on his bed. The man stands up and introduces himself as Matthewvp09. He tells Renaboss that he was hired by someone to look for a young brunette girl, aged approximately 7, who was apparently abducted from her home, and his search somehow drove him to Rena. The young man acts confused, even when Matt shows him a picture of the pretty aforementioned girl. Matthew, with a menacing look on his face, tells Rena, "Look, if you do know something and aren't willing to cooperate with me, I will have no choice, should I ever find out, but to, well, hurt you. Bad." Rena asks the man to leave his room, and Matthew says, "Don't worry, I won't be staying for long. I need to resume my search. I could be here thanks to a false trail, a wrong tip. But... I might also be up to something accurate." Rena insists that he is not, for the young man has never seen the girl in the picture, MissMayfair. Matthew takes the picture back from Rena's hands and puts it back in his coat's pocket. Matthew says, "Alright, then. Um, Mr. Renaboss... I have come to find out that you rarely ever stay put in one place. You like to get around, huh? Well, I urge you to please not leave this community while I conduct my search. Otherwise, I might have to waste time tracking you down, and I don't like to waste time. Makes me angry." Matt starts to leave, but Rena says, "And what if you find her, how will I know?" Matt, from the doorway, says, "Something tells me you'll know." He leaves. Rena then enters the bathroom and looks around for MissMayfair. He finds her concealed in the laundry basket, and she tells him that she hid when she saw the doorknob being turned without a key having been entered ahead of it. Rena tells her that she did well, and commends her for being such a fast thinker. She wishes to get out of the basket, but he says she should wait, perhaps for even a few hours. MM starts to tear up and asks when they are going to be able to get her to safety, and Rena tries to comfort her by saying it shall happen soon, but he doesn't seem too confident in his own words. The cell phone rings and Rena picks it up. On the other side, a manly voice says, "I understand you're in trouble..." Rena asks who this is. "Someone who wants to help. I can tell the two of you don't have anyone else to turn to." Rena's face changes as he asks the man who is talking, again. "I'd much rather stay on the low for now. It's only convenient for all involved." Rena says, "Really? Tell me, is this by any chance Mr. Matthewvp? Making a fake voice? Like, what, are you hopeful I'll confess to taking the girl? Cos I don't even know who the fuck she is!" "No, it's not. And I know you do. And I know you did. Now I want you to know something. I have left a green truck, with the keys in the ignition, parked just outside the Bistro Café, near your motel." Rena asks how the man knows where he is, and the voice says, "Tonight, once the goons are gone, and hopefully they will be gone, you and the young lady will enter the truck. I will call at that time and give you further instructions." Rena asks who it is, and the man says "I said I am someone you can fucking trust. So do it." On the other side of the line, Villain fan, by a public phone, hangs up.
The flashback ends, and Renaboss holds his knees inside his arms.

Quote1.png
MaryPierceLopez was bored. Granted, she had just helped the local Chat Moderator in the search for cadavers in the woods, a discovery she wound up making herself, and which could prove to be of great help in bringing down the leader of their community. But, well, that had already happened. So what was next? She decided to pay a visit to her older sister...
Quote2.png

Lady Junky, face still bruised all over from the punches she received from her ex-fiancé, is resting on her motel bed when there is a knock on the door. She says, "I don't no want nothing." Mary says, on the other side of the door, "But miss, didn't you order a call girl?" Lady, alarmed, doesn't know what to do. "Mary! What you here, I tell papa I no not want no one to not come here no." "Just open the door, chienne!" Lady, giving up, opens the door to her sister, looking blue. Mary's smile immediately disappears when she sees the bruises on her face.
Some time later, the two sisters are sitting on the bed, talking earnestly to each other, and Lady has just told Mary the whole truth about what happened. The 17-year-old is horrified, shocked beyond belief, and somewhat livid. She immediately blurts that she is going to kill Lynettefan. Lady instantly begs her not to, because he would kill her instead. Mary tells her sister that they have to come clean to their father, and the blonde says that she doesn't want anyone to know, for she is deeply embarrassed and afraid. Mary reassures her that she has nothing to be ashamed about, she is nothing but the victim, but Lady says it's her own fault for playing with Lynette, for starting up a relationship with him just because her father wanted her to. Mary says, "Regardless. Lady, nothing you did justifies what he did to you. Nothing." Lady starts to tear up and Mary holds her sister in her embrace. Her face shows rage.

Renaboss has just finished preparing some coffee for himself when there is a knock at his door. He opens it to find Villain fan standing in front of him, with calm anger on his face. Rena, none too pleased to see him, asks what this is regarding, and Villain comes inside without even asking and tells his fake son that he should be ashamed of himself for sleeping with Mary when he knows they're related. Rena starts chuckling at this remark, and Villain fan asks what is going on, to which the young man replies that he knows the truth, DocMD told him. Rena says that he knows he is not really his son, he knows he and Lady and Mary are not related. "You have some nerve... lying to me, about something like that... I am an orphan... and you posed as my father, because... why? Why did you even do it? Am I some pawn in a sick game you're playing?" Villain is left speechless. Rena then adds, "Whatever the case may be, the thing is, I am not related to you, or your daughters. And that means, ah... that means I can fuck their brains out if I want to. Both of them. Heck, ten years from now, I can even screw your little one silly. I can make them scream. But if you dare to screw with me once again, I'm going to make you scream. For the last time, by the way." Rena re-opens the door and gestures at Vf to leave, which he does, without saying a word. Rena slams the door behind the middle-aged man.

Quote1.png
That night, Lostpedia President BalkOfFame entered his template to find several Chat Moderators of Glee Wiki waiting for him.
Quote2.png

BalkOfFame comes home that night, and sees several officers waiting for him, grilling his family. They immediately handcuff BOF, and one Chat Mod tells him his rights and says that he is under arrest for the illicit money handling with, and the possible murder of, former Wiksteria Lane Administrator KiMO. A shocked BOF remains silent as he is escorted out of his template, while the populus of his wiki look on, and his wife screams out in confusion.

Quote1.png
You see, an anonymous call had by this time been made to the heads of the Glee Wiki's Moderation Station, reporting the existence of several files and virtual documents in BalkOfFame's office that linked his name to illicit affairs involving mismanaged bank accounts, stolen money, gambling losses, and blackmailing threats... documents such that also featured the name of KiMO, who had recently been found murdered.
Quote2.png

Renaboss drinks his coffee, quietly.

Quote1.png
The coming times would be trying for a lot of people, due to the unearthing of the two cadavers, and due to the planting of false incriminating evidence amongst the private property of innocent people. They didn't know it yet, they could only guess at it. They should have asked someone who knew what it was like to be charged with a crime they didn't commit first-hand.
Quote2.png

There is yet another knock on Rena's door, and he opens it to find his friend Jdg98, who smiles at the sight of his former protector. Rena looks surprised.

Quote1.png
Yes. Times is hard. And they'd only get harder. You want proof of that? Look no further than the determination on the face of the soulless monster behind the sick games involving the three wikis. Games that will lead to major losses. Games that will lead to misery, and death. Look into his eyes, and it will become nothing short of evident that this man plays to win, and he only wins when others lose... everything.
Quote2.png
DoctorStrange

Lynettefan2626 is looking out his window, hands behind his back, with a stern look on his face. Americana comes up behind him to inform her boss that BalkOfFame has already been taken into custody to be interrogated about his liaisons with KiMO, while further investigation is conducted by the Glee Wiki officials. Lynette says "Good," without smiling. She asks him that there is still much work to be done because he lied to the people, and because the unearthing of the two bodies will lead people to wonder what happened to ImmaGleek, who's also gone missing. Lynette says, "Well, that is one less thing we have to worry about." Americana asks "Why?... Where did you put her?" Lynette says, "I am sorry, Americana... but that is something I'd just rather not discuss." Americana smiles and leaves. At the door, she says, "Must've been a pretty good spot, huh? Away from everyone and everything." She leaves and closes the doors to the office behind her. Lynette puts one hand over his desk. "Actually..." He then slides the top off of his desk to reveal a cooling chamber inside where the body of ImmaGleek is kept, frozen. "...I believe in hiding in plain sight..."
